Ingredients
- 500 g (3 cups 15 tbsp) Bread Flour, high protein content
- 325 g (1 cup 6 tbsp) Water, warm (110°F)
- 30 g (2 tbsp ¾ tsp) Olive Oil
- 10 g (2½ tsp) Granulated Sugar
- 10 g (1 tbsp ½ tsp) Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt
- 7 g (2¼ tsp) Active Dry Yeast, 1 packet
Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let stand for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
- 2Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- 3Knead on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- 4Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1-2 hours until doubled.
- 5Punch down and divide into 2 equal portions. Shape into balls.
- 6Let rest for 15 minutes before stretching into pizza rounds.
