Ingredients
- 510 g (2 cups 2 tbsp) Cheese Tortellini
- 454 g (3 cups 12 tbsp 1½ tsp) Asparagus, fresh, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 120 g (1 cup) Ranch Salad Dressing, bottled
- 240 g (1 juice) Lime Juice, ReaLime®
- 60 g (¼ cup) Parmesan Cheese, grated
Instructions
- 1Cook tortellini with asparagus in a large saucepan according to package directions for pasta; drain.
- 2Meanwhile, combine ranch salad dressing, lime juice and grated Parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
- 3Add the pasta and asparagus mixture; toss gently to coat.
- 4Chill 2 to 8 hours.
- 5Before serving, sprinkle with cracked Black Pepper (ground).
