- 16 g (2 tbsp) Celery, minced
- 9 g (0.1 counts) Green Onion, chopped
- 60 g (½ cup) Lobster, cooked, minced (canned)
- 50 g (¼ cup) Granulated Sugar
- 9 g (2 tsp) Sesame Oil
- 15 g (2 tbsp) Mayonnaise, or to taste
- 6 g (1 tsp) Table Salt, or to taste
- 1 g (½ tsp) Black Pepper (ground), or to taste
- 480 g (4 counts) Rolls, split
Instructions
- 1Bring a pot of water to a boil, add canned lobster meat and heat for 3–4 minutes. Drain and let cool.
- 2In a bowl, combine cooled lobster, minced celery, and chopped green onion.
- 3Stir in oyster sauce, granulated sugar, sesame oil, salt, and pepper; toss to coat.
- 4Fold in mayonnaise to taste.
- 5Split the rolls and fill each with the lobster mixture.
- 6Place filled rolls under the broiler for 1–2 minutes until warmed through, then serve immediately.
