Ingredients

  • 15 g (2 tbsp) Oyster Sauce
  • 16 g (2 tbsp) Celery, minced
  • 9 g (0.1 counts) Green Onion, chopped
  • 60 g (½ cup) Lobster, cooked, minced (canned)
  • 50 g (¼ cup) Granulated Sugar
  • 9 g (2 tsp) Sesame Oil
  • 15 g (2 tbsp) Mayonnaise, or to taste
  • 6 g (1 tsp) Table Salt, or to taste
  • 1 g (½ tsp) Black Pepper (ground), or to taste
  • 480 g (4 counts) Rolls, split

Instructions

  1. 1Bring a pot of water to a boil, add canned lobster meat and heat for 3–4 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2In a bowl, combine cooled lobster, minced celery, and chopped green onion.
  3. 3Stir in oyster sauce, granulated sugar, sesame oil, salt, and pepper; toss to coat.
  4. 4Fold in mayonnaise to taste.
  5. 5Split the rolls and fill each with the lobster mixture.
  6. 6Place filled rolls under the broiler for 1–2 minutes until warmed through, then serve immediately.
