Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 4 g (1 tsp) Granulated Sugar
  • 7 g (2¼ tsp) Active Dry Yeast
  • 375 g (3 cups) All-Purpose Flour
  • 6 g (1 tsp) Table Salt
  • 27 g (2 tbsp) Olive Oil

Steps

  • 6 g (1 tbsp) Basil, chopped

  • 1 g (¼ tsp) Black Pepper (ground)

Steps

  1. 1Heat Olive Oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. 2Add minced Garlic Cloves and sauté 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. 3Stir in Tomato Sauce, Oregano (dried), Basil, Table Salt, and Black Pepper (ground).

Ingredients

  • 480 g (2 cups) Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 113 g (1 cup ¼ tsp) Pepperoni

Steps

  1. 1Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or inverted baking sheet inside to heat.
  2. 2Punch down the risen dough and divide into two equal portions.
