Ingredients

  • 400 g (2) Pie Crusts
  • 660 g (6 cups) Apple
  • 150 g (¾ cup) Granulated Sugar
  • 16 g (2 tbsp ¼ tsp) All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 g (1¼ tsp) Cinnamon (ground)
  • 1 g (½ tsp) Nutmeg (ground)
  • 28 g (¼ stick OR 2 tbsp) Butter

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. 2Mix apples, sugar, flour, and spices.
  3. 3Fill bottom crust with apple mixture.
  4. 4Dot with butter pieces.
  5. 5Cover with top crust and seal edges.
  6. 6Cut vents in top crust.
  7. 7Bake 50 minutes until golden brown.
  8. 8Cool before serving.
